With respect to any content or information that you enter into Site, if any, we acknowledges that we do not own that content or information and do not have the right to access that content or information except as set forth herein, and we may not disclose content or information that you enter into the Site to third parties except as described in our Privacy Notice , required to comply with a government subpoena, other compulsory government request, or court order.
The layout, formatting, and features of and access privileges for the Site shall be as determined or specified by us in our sole discretion.
